Vibrational Therapy on Beehives
Let yourself be carried by the vibrations of the bees and reconnect with your body and your inner calm. Bees vibrate naturally through the constant movement of their wings, and the collective buzzing of the hive guides you into a state of deep relaxation.
The space is designed to be warm and immersive, allowing you to fully perceive the vibrations generated by three hives, each with between 50,000 and 80,000 bees. Lying on the prepared surface, your body rests on the overall vibration of the hive, while the constant, harmonious sound of the bees accompanies you.
This natural and immersive buzzing leads you to a deep feeling of rest and calm, where the body slows down and aligns with the natural rhythm of the bees. An experience that fills you with tranquillity, presence and balance.
Everything is experienced in complete safety: the system is designed with several layers of filters and protective elements, located inside the hive, beneath the structure and also on the upper part, ensuring that no bee can pass through at any time.
The experience takes place with no direct contact with the bees, fully respecting their well-being and allowing them to continue entering and leaving the hive completely normally.
Respect for the bees’ well-being
Throughout the experience, the bees’ well-being is not disturbed. There is no direct contact with them, and the hive continues to function completely normally: the bees come and go freely, living their life without any interference.
This is an exclusive experience, for a maximum of 2 people, in a private and separate space, allowing you to experience the natural vibrations of the bees and their buzzing, creating an environment of deep relaxation and well-being, without ever disturbing the life or rhythm of the bees.

Meeting point and introduction
The experience begins with a brief introductory explanation, where we will explain what vibrational therapy consists of and how the session will unfold.
You will then lie down comfortably on the structure prepared above the hives, with individual protection to ensure cleanliness and safety. All of this takes place in a peaceful setting, with spectacular views of the mountains and L’Armiana.
During the session, the body naturally perceives the gentle vibrations generated by the bees’ activity, helping to release physical and emotional tension. There is no direct contact with the bees.
To respect the experience and the natural frequencies of the bees, we will ask you to switch off your devices and leave them in a secure box during the session. This will allow you to fully enjoy everything that “Al cor de l’Arna” has to offer. At the end, you can collect your devices and take photos if you wish.
To maintain well-being and focus:
- Food and electronic devices are not allowed inside the space.
- Smoking is not permitted during the session.
- The subtle sounds and vibrations create a moment of deep calm and presence.
At the end of the session, you will have a few minutes to:
- Gradually return to everyday activity.
- Share your feelings and ask any questions if you wish.
Conditions
Visits take place from late April to late September, when there are enough flowers and spring is well established, in order to ensure the well-being of our bees.
Unlike guided visits, this activity can take place even when weather conditions are not ideal, such as on rainy days, as the bees will all be inside the hive, making the experience more effective and richer in benefits.
The activity will only be cancelled in the event of very severe weather, with conditions that make access to the bee shelter difficult or put participants’ safety at risk.
